Der 365 GTA 2+2 wurde als Neuwagen an seinen jetzigen Besitzer in Tokio verkauft. Die von Pininfarina entworfene Karosserie ist in Champagner gehalten und die 2+2-Kabine in schwarzer Connolly-Lederpolsterung, sowie ein farblich abgestimmtes Armaturenbrett, Dachhimmel, Türverkleidungen und Teppiche. Zu den Extras zählen das originale AM/FM-Kassettenradio, Klimaanlage und elektrische Fensterheber. Das dreispeichige MOMO-Leder-Lenkrad umrahmt die Veglia Borletti Instrumente, zu denen ein Drehzahlmesser mit einer Drehzahl von 6.500 U/min, ein 300-km/h-Tachometer sowie Öldruck- und Kühlwassertemperaturanzeigen gehören. In der Mittelkonsole ist eine Uhr montiert, zusammen mit zusätzlichen Anzeigen,Benzin- und Öltemperatur anzeigen. Weiteren Details, Klappscheinwerfer, Nebelscheinwerfer und Pininfarina-Kotflügelembleme. Silberfarbene 415-mm-TRX-Fünfspeichenräder tragen Nabenkappen mit Ferrari-Logo. Es sind 240/55 Michelin TRX-Reifen montiert.
